UK, JULY 15, 2024 – Coty UK & Ireland (UK&I) has been named among Stonewall’s Top 100 LGBTQ+ Employers for 2024. Stonewall is Europe’s largest charity for lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer (LGBTQ+) rights. Stonewall’s annual Top 100 Employers List is the UK’s leading ranking of employers on how inclusive their workplaces are for LGBTQ+ staff and customers.
This honor highlights Coty’s ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Coty has taken important steps to foster LGBTQ+ inclusion, including the adoption of a global gender-neutral parental leave policy. All employees worldwide, regardless of gender, have access to the same number of fully paid weeks of parental leave when starting or extending a family.
Raquel Suarez, Vice President Human Resources, UK&I, Australia, New Zealand at Coty, said: “We are on a mission at Coty to undefine beauty, and that includes ensuring our team can proudly and fearlessly express themselves. Securing a spot on the Stonewall Top 100 Employers List 2024 is an important recognition of our efforts to build an inclusive workplace.
